Attend the 3rd Annual “An Evening for Autism” Saturday at 7 p.m. at the private residence of real estate entrepreneur Barry Saywitz at Belcourt in Newport Beach. The premiere event with food, wine, entertainment, special celebrity guests, athletes and more will be making a better life for children with autism and their families.

The tropical-themed party will include four live bands, a golf putting green, pool tables, pinball machines, video games, eight bars, appetizers from local eateries, silent and live auction featuring numerous gifts, trips and unique memorabilia such as autographed musical instruments, sports memorabilia, yacht trips and golf experiences.

In celebration of the upcoming release of “Monte Carlo” on July 1, the film’s star Selena Gomez will be at The Block at Orange Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Gomez will answer questions from fans during a fun Q&A session at about 2 p.m. and you also can get free makeup and hair makeovers. Plus, one lucky person will win a $250 gift card.
