Farmhouse Owner and Executive Chef Rich Mead has put together a special Easter Brunch menu built for two (or more) people which includes Crab, Asparagus, Mushroom & Leek Quiche ($60), Strawberry & Cream Cheese Stuffed Hawaiian Bread French Toast ($50) and Autonomy Farms Bacon and Cheddar Cheese & Vegetable Frittata ($50). Brunch meals come with a cinnamon roll and persimmon scone with housemade jam and a choice of salad for two. Add a side of Crab & Autonomy Farms Bacon Deviled Eggs ($12 for 6). Celebrate Easter Sunday with Family-Style Easter Dinner from Hendrix. Chef Rainer Schwarz is offering platters capable of feeding 4-6 guests, beginning with Appetizer options, including Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ($42), Creamy Potato and Chicken Soup ($28), Smoked Atlantic Salmon ($35), Hendrix Salad ($32), Caesar Salad ($28), and Sliced Charcuterie & International Cheese Board ($35). Dinner Platters offer something for everyone with Double R Ranch Prime Rib with creamy horseradish, roasted new potatoes and au jus ($165); Whole New Zealand Leg of Lamb with roasted new potatoes, garlic tzatziki sauce and lamb au jus ($130); and Rotisserie Bone-In Pork Roast with caramelized apples, tart cherry sauce and fresh rosemary ($135).
