Check out Executive Chef Greg Daniels cooking up glocal tacos at taco asylum at the Camp in Costa Mesa on Greer’s OC TV. He'll be making nine gourmet tacos with non-traditional ingredients ranging from Mediterranean-style grilled octopus to East Indian-style curried paneer. You may have never tasted tortillas like this before (naan and herbed varieties) that are made in-house and from scratch. Each taco is filled with sustainable meats and seafood and most produce comes from local farms.
Hemp Ale Happy Hour!
And in the spirit of 4.20 day, taco asylum will be celebrating the counterculture holiday where people gather to celebrate cannabis with a 4.20 Hemp Ale happy hour from 2 to 6 p.m.
taco asylum will be pouring $3 Humboldt Brown Hemp Ale on draught, the same beer that Chef Greg Daniels soaks our favorite housemade potato chips. Arrive early for free pint glasses with purchase of Hemp Ale, as well as hats, stickers, and other fun Hemp Ale swag.
taco asylum will offer $1 off all tacos, $2 off canned beers, $3 draught beers and $6 for spicy sangria.
Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
