Sweetgreen, the renowned mission-driven restaurant brand, is all set to make its grand entrance into Orange County with the much-anticipated opening of its first-ever location at the Irvine Spectrum Center on Tuesday, July 18th.
At Sweetgreen, their vision is simple yet powerful – to connect people with real, wholesome food. With a commitment to sourcing fresh produce every day, they've built strong ties with trusted farm partners throughout Southern California over the past seven years, with their headquarters situated in Los Angeles. Now, Sweetgreen is excited to extend its reach to the residents of Irvine, providing them with healthy and convenient food options.
But it doesn't end there! Sweetgreen believes in giving back to the community it serves. On the day of its Irvine restaurant's opening, the brand is taking an inspiring initiative. For every meal sold on that special day, Sweetgreen will generously donate a meal to Food Finders, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing food, reducing hunger, and improving nutrition in Southern California. By enjoying a delicious meal at Sweetgreen, customers will also be nourishing those in Orange County who are experiencing food insecurity, making every bite count.
Sweetgreen has also planned an exciting lineup of activities for its grand opening day. As the day progresses, guests can indulge in building their own floral arrangements at the floral bar provided by Peaches Floral. Complimentary coffee from Coffee Dose Cafe will keep everyone energized, and Sweetgreen merch giveaways will add to the excitement from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., while supplies last.
You can find Sweetgreen's newest location at 714 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine.
