Flayed In OC Today!

Flayed in OC Today!

Hey, Food Network fans, home chefs, and foodies. Today at noon meet “Throwdown!” chef and restaurateur Bobby Flay in OC. He will be visiting Williams-Sonoma at South Coast Plaza for a book signing of his newly released: “Bobby Flay’s Throwdown! More than 100 Recipes from Food Network’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge.” It’s the first time you can find recipes from the popular reality show where Bobby takes on cooks across the country who have mastered an iconic dish – cheesesteak, chili, or Buffalo wings, for example – even if he’s never cooked the dishes before.

The show satisfies the wanderlust of home cooks—especially comfort food fans—who can see inside famous eateries and meet the chefs behind the dish. Bobby’s competitive in a fun way—and even though die-hard fans don’t always favor his dish, he’s up for the challenge in the kitchen—-and now you can too. The book is filled with fantastic recipes from the first seven seasons of Throwdown. Williams-Sonoma will limit signings to the first 400 customers who RSVP. Call 714.751.1166. Level 1, at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
