Food enthusiasts and wine lovers are set to gather at the 7th Pacific Wine & Food Classic on Saturday, September 21, where they will savor bold bites from 40 top restaurants, sample 75 exquisite wines and beers, and enjoy creative cocktails and mocktails from nearly a dozen spirits brands. This award-winning event, known as a playground for culinary aficionados, will once again take place on the scenic sands of Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort.
Attendees will indulge in tastings from Strong Water Anaheim, a 2024 James Beard Award Nominee and TOTCF Spirited Awards finalist presented by Forbes. Highlights include a spit-roasted whole pig Lechon Feast by Lola's By MFK, an array of single-serving sweets from JARS by Fabio Viviani—curated by the famed chef, restaurateur, and Bravo Top Chef alum—and the drink of the year, espresso martinis made with Chocolate Love by Tin City Distillery, a Double Gold winner at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
