Fogo de Chão, the renowned Brazilian restaurant that promises a journey of culinary delights at every turn, is proud to announce the opening of its latest restaurant in Brea. Situated directly across from the Brea Mall at 311 S. State College Blvd, this new establishment marks the third Fogo de Chão restaurant in Orange County and the 10th location in Southern California. To extend a warm welcome to the Brea community, Fogo de Chão will donate a portion of its first week's sales to Pathways of Hope, a local charity dedicated to addressing homelessness, poverty, and food insecurity in the area.
Designed in collaboration with the global design agency Innovation & Design in Architecture, the new restaurant boasts an expansive dining area centered around an open churrasco grill. Here, guests can savor their meals while watching skilled gaucho chefs demonstrate the Culinary Art of Churrasco as they expertly butcher, prepare, and grill various cuts of protein over an open flame. The Brea location also offers an outdoor dining patio, impressive wine displays, a marble seasonal Market Table, on-site dry-aged meat lockers, a vibrant indoor Bar Fogo area perfect for all-day happy hour, and private dining spaces available for reservations, ideal for any occasion.
At the heart of Fogo's culinary experience are the fire-roasted meats, including guest favorites such as the Bone-In Ribeye, Lamb Chops, and the house specialty, Picanha—the prime cut from the top sirloin. Fogo Brea offers a range of menu selections and prices for both lunch and dinner, including:
- Full Churrasco Experience: This signature prix-fixe menu includes all premium and classic cuts, as well as access to the fresh and seasonal Market Table & Feijoada Bar and a selection of authentic Brazilian side dishes.
- Indulgent Cuts: Elevate your experience with a 20 oz. Wagyu New York Strip, expertly carved tableside on a Himalayan salt block, enhancing the cut's intense marbling and buttery texture. Alternatively, opt for the decadent, dry-aged 32 oz. Long Bone Tomahawk Ribeye or the 24 oz. Wagyu Ribeye, available for tableside ordering.
Additional menu options cater to various preferences:
- Select Cuts starting at $38: For a lighter meal, dinner guests can enjoy continuous service of one fire-roasted cut, complemented by the Market Table and Brazilian side dishes.
- Weekday Lunch: Priced at $18 per person, this option includes the seasonal Market Table & Feijoada Bar, as well as family-style service of Brazilian side dishes. Guests may choose to add a single cut of fire-roasted meat or opt for the Full Churrasco Experience.
- Weekend Brazilian Brunch: This delightful experience combines the Full Churrasco Experience with Brazilian-inspired brunch items such as Braised Beef Rib Hash, made-to-order waffle, and omelet stations.
- All-Day Happy Hour: Indulge in $10 Brazilian-inspired cocktails, $8 glasses of South American wines, and $5 Beer throughout the day in the dining room, patio, and bar. Additionally, all bottles of South American wines under $130 are half-priced every day.
- Bar Fogo: The Brea bar offers an elevated experience with its warm, timeless design and dedicated bar staff. Guests can linger while enjoying shareable plates like the Picanha Burger or Lobster & Shrimp Tacos.
- Inclusive Menu Options: Fogo de Chão caters to dietary preferences, offering nutrient-dense dishes for various dietary tribes, including vegan, pescatarian, and more. These options include entrée alternatives to the Churrasco experience, such as Chilean Sea Bass, Seared Tofu & Black Bean Pasta, and Cauliflower Steak, as well as indulgent appetizers like jumbo shrimp cocktail and Seafood Tower.
- Fogo To-Go & Catering: Bring the Fogo experience home with individual churrasco entrees, à la carte offerings, full-service catered events featuring on-site grilling, and ready-to-eat or ready-to-grill options.
- Group and Private Dining: Whether celebrating a special birthday or hosting a corporate meeting, the Brea location offers a dedicated sales manager, customizable menus, beautiful private and semi-private dining spaces, and complimentary A/V equipment.
Fogo de Chão provides a dining experience for all ages, offering complimentary dining for children aged six and under, while children aged seven to twelve enjoy half-price dining for the Full Churrasco Experience.
