This exhibit will change your perception of cell-phone photography forever. The winning entries from the Mobile Photo Awards are on display at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana through April 28.

The show celebrates the new frontier of mobile-phone photography and art. Thanks to technology of mobile phone cameras and image sensors coupled with developers who have created photo applications, the creativity of mobile photography is endless.  You can find new inspiration from mobile photographers and artists who are expressing art through landscapes, self-portraits, and street photography as well as modern digital art and software enhanced abstractions.

The jury was comprised of celebrated mobile photographers, including award winning mobile photographers Aik Beng Chia, Alan Kastner, Robert-Paul Jansen, and Carlein van der Beek comprised the art jury.
Daniel Berman, founder of the Mobile Photo Awards was able to make the show possible with partnerships with Fotomoto, CanvasPop, and 500px.com as well as the most popular iPhone photo applications including Filterstorm, FX PhotoStudio, CrossProcess, ShakeItPhoto, ScratchCam, and Juxtaposer.

Open noon to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday; noon to 9 p.m. Saturday; noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
