Award-winning chef Amar Santana and restaurateur Ahmed Labbate’s restaurants, Broadway by Amar Santana in Laguna Beach specializing in seasonal New American small plates; and Vaca in Costa Mesa, a Spanish eatery providing a mix of tapas & family-style dishes are both reopening for dine-in service today. The duos third concept, Hall Global Eatery at South Coast Plaza, which brings together a pâtisserie, a fast-casual concept, an upscale bar, and fine dining, has suspended its reopening and will announce its new date soon.
At Broadway and Vaca, they are excited to see you and are ready to cook for all of you. There are two seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Due to limited seating because of the social distancing layout, reservations are highly recommended. Both restaurants are also offering curbside pickup and Grubhub delivery services for those who want to dine at home.
