The neighborhood features ten fresh, new home collections, each inspired by classic, American Heritage architecture, by eight of Southern California's premiere homebuilders including K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, William Lyon Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes and Taylor Morrison.
