SoCal Style Clambake

Ways & Means, a casual and elegant New England-style oyster house in the heart of Old Towne Orange features sustainable and seasonal seafood dishes, 40-day dry aged steaks from Chefs de Cuisine Benjamin Wallenbeck and Justin Odegard, as well as hand-select oysters.

Inspired by New England’s traditional clambakes, Ways & Means Oyster House will be offering a mid week celebration with “Clambake Wednesdays,” a kitchen clambake special for $9.99.

Chefs Wallenbeck and Odegard have created a California-style version of the seafood feast using seasonal West Coast little, middle, and top neck clams, mussels, Andouille sausage, potato, corn on the cob, and a spicy seafood lager broth. You’ll also have the option of adding a half lobster for $12, and a complimentary first pour of wine will also be offered.

Clambake Wednesday is available only at the exhibition oyster bar from 11:30 a.m. to close.

Open for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and daily social hour.

Ways & Means is at 513 E. Chapman Ave. in Orange. 714.516.1800
