We met with Chef Charlie Palmer at his namesake restaurant at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza on the eve of the opening of DG (Damn Good!) Burger to ask him fun 20 questions. Find out little known facts about Palmer: his dream to go to Scotland (“obviously not so much for the food”), he loved seeing Jay-Z in concert, and he’d be happy living in a tent with his four boys.
And be sure to stop by at lunch for a signature DG Burger with black Angus beef topped with cabbage, tomato, red onion and Chef Amar Santana’s signature sauce, served on a specially made semolina potato bun.
