The Full Body Workout

Orange County’s first and only full-body cycling studio, Full Psycle offers two locations so that locals can easily attend one of their incredible classes. The newest, Full Psycle in Huntington Beach follows the already popular Costa Mesa location (on E. 17th Street) that opened in 2012.

Full Psycle makes it possible to have a full body workout, and enjoy the benefits of a spin class during their 45 min. sessions. Its energetic and inventive way of working out incorporates standard indoor cycling routines with upper body strength training via hand weights and Pilates based core exercises.

You can burn a massive amount of calories in one class. Another awesome feature is their state-of-the-art technology called PerformanceIQ that allows you to keep track of your progress on flat screens in the spin room as you go. You can watch your performance as a whole, how many calories you have burned, etc. As leaders in the fitness industry, Full Psycle is the only studio that offers this technology.

230 E 17th St., Suite 100, in Costa Mesa. 949.631.2222.

7801 Edinger Ave., Suite 110, in Huntington Beach.  714-903-SPIN(7746)
