U-Pick and Savor: Strawberry Season at The Ecology Center

The Ecology Center, a renowned 28-acre farm and educational hub in San Juan Capistrano, extends an invitation to the community for its annual Strawberry U-Pick event starting on Saturday, April 6. Enjoy the vibrant splendor of spring with the exclusive opportunity to pick from the region's only Regenerative Organic Certified™ strawberries. The farm welcomes visitors every Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Upon ticket purchase, guests will embark on a self-guided journey across the farm, with an opportunity to hand-select and purchase fresh strawberries by weight. Guests can rest easy knowing that these berries are free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides, ensuring a safe and delightful treat for families to savor straight from the vine.

Ticket Information:

  • Admission required for all adults and children aged two and up.
  • Saturdays and Sundays: $12 per person.

Strawberries:

  • Pay by the pound for strawberries picked from the farm.
  • Available from April 6 through June 3 or while strawberries last.
  • Operating hours: Thursdays to Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
