Tonight at the Newport Beach Marriott more than a dozen of Orange County’s finest chefs will prepare their signature dishes paired with the perfect wine to raise money for the vital mission of the March of Dimes. The Signature Chef Series, led by Chef Pascal Olhats (pictured), is a festive culinary evening in support of giving every baby a healthy start in life.
