Fogo de Chão, the internationally acclaimed Brazilian restaurant that promises a culinary journey at every corner, just opened its second Orange County location within the Bella Terra outdoor shopping mall in Huntington Beach. It complements the existing location at Irvine Spectrum Center.
As a gesture of goodwill to the Huntington Beach community, Fogo de Chão contributed a portion of its inaugural week's sales to Robyne’s Nest, an organization that provides resources and funds to underprivileged students, assisting them in successfully completing high school. Beyond this initial donation, Fogo also teamed up with Eduardo Escobar, the Los Angeles Angels' third baseman and an advocate for the Fogo brand, and hosted a community meal donation event that served over 1,000 individuals in need a warm and nutritious meal.
The new restaurant, designed in partnership with the global architecture and design agency Harrison, features a spacious dining area with a central churrasco grill where guests can dine while observing gaucho chefs showcasing the Culinary Art of Churrasco. They expertly butcher, prepare, and grill various cuts of meat over an open flame. The Huntington Beach venue also includes an outdoor dining patio, impressive wine displays, a white Carrara marble Market Table, in-house dry-aged meat lockers, a vibrant indoor Bar Fogo area for all-day happy hours, and private dining spaces available for reservations for any occasion.
Cristiano Machado, General Manager of the Huntington Beach location, leads the team. Cristiano began his Fogo career as a gaucho chef in Las Vegas 12 years ago and has since held various leadership roles, including gaucho, gaucho trainer, and assistant manager. Cristiano and his team are eager to become part of the Huntington Beach community and provide over 100 local jobs to dedicated individuals committed to delivering an exceptional experience to all guests.
Fogo de Chão's core experience revolves around fire-roasted meats, including favorites like the Bone-In Ribeye, Lamb Chops, and the house specialty, Picanha. The menu at Fogo Huntington Beach offers a variety of selections and price points for both lunch and dinner. These include the Full Churrasco Experience, indulgent cuts such as Wagyu New York Strip, Long Bone Tomahawk Ribeye, and Wagyu Ribeye, as well as options for weekday lunch, weekend Brazilian brunch, and an all-day happy hour. The menu also caters to diverse dietary preferences, featuring dishes for vegans, pescatarians, and more, along with options for takeout, catering, and group or private dining events.
Fogo Huntington Beach welcomes diners of all ages. Children aged six and under dine for free, while those aged seven to twelve can enjoy the Full Churrasco Experience at half price.
