Connoisseurs searching for the most memorable of gourmet evenings for New Year’s Eve look no more. Ring in 2013 at AnQi by Crustacean with an unforgettable prix fixe menu created by Master Chef Helene An in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Ron Lee. The extravagant six-course dinner is served from 8:30 p.m. on; an earlier seating from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. will allow guests to order from an a la carte menu with AnQi’s signature classic as well as New Year Eve’s specialties.
Every course has been carefully planned to be stunning to the eye and a revelation to the palate. The gourmet menu is highlighted by luxe ingredients such as Osetra caviar, Australian lobster and Wagyu beef ribeye. The hallmark of Chef An’s renowned fusion style is enhancing French classic technique with a deft, light touch and blending Asian fresh herbs and flavorful spices into the elevated cuisine.
The six course menu costs $152 per person; Around the World wine or Champagne pairings with each course are an additional $53. Music, dancing and a balloon drop will delight guests at midnight. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 714.557.5679.
