On Jan. 11, 2012, Barry’s Bootcamp Irvine will be hosting two previews at 5:45 p.m. and 7 p.m. for you and a friend to come RUN. LIFT. REPEAT. with Orange County’s top super trainers. Each one-hour class will offer a blend of 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training with free weights and traditional exercises structured to burn fat, tighten up the body, and build lean muscle. All workouts are held in the dimly lit club with high-energy music playing to create the perfect atmosphere for sweating, toning and burning!
