Wine Tasting at Hanna's for Haitian Children

You can join a wine tasting party on Monday, July 27 at 6 p.m. at Hanna’s Steakhouse in Rancho Santa Margarita in support of Haitian children living with type 1 diabetes.  A world-renowned endocrinologist Francine Kaufman, M.D., and her husband, Neal Kaufman, M.D. are raising funds for a diabetes camp for children with type 1 diabetes in poverty-stricken Haiti.

This camp allows the Kaufmans, and their partners in Haiti, to educate and support children so that they can have a fighting chance with their diabetes.

Through this wine fundraiser even more children will be able to attend camp and the doctors can continue to educate as many of these children and their parents so that they can survive (and sometimes even thrive) despite having this life-threatening disease.

Enjoy some fine wines, hors d’oeuvres and listen to Dr. Kaufman discuss this special program. The cost is $100 per person. You can RSVP here.

Hanna’s Steakhouse is at 22195 El Paseo in Rancho Santa Margarita. 949.709.2300.
