Love is in The Air at The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa

In Orange County, the romantic spirit is palpable, especially with Valentine’s Day approaching. The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa has curated a variety of celebratory activities for the occasion, offering an array of romantic experiences that cater to different tastes. These offerings are designed to keep the romance alive throughout the entire month.

  • The Art of Pairing – Valentine’s Day (February 11): This culinary experience provides couples with a private journey of taste and aroma. Led by the Chef Tournant and Lead Sommelier, the session features pairings of spirits, seafood, local cheeses, and desserts. The Valentine's Day-themed session adds a touch of romance with aphrodisiacs like chocolate-covered strawberries, handpicked roses, and take-home gifts.
  • Watertable (February 14): The resort's signature restaurant, Watertable, will serve a romantic three-course meal on Valentine’s Day. The menu includes Hamachi Crudo, Pan-Seared Scallops, Grilled Baby Lamb Chops, and a variety of main courses including Tiger Prawns, Elk Loin, and Prime New York Steak. Desserts like Orange Almond Cake and Six Degrees of Chocolate Cake add a sweet finish to the meal.
  • Seed to Skin Couple’s Package at Pacific Waters Spa (All February): Offering a chance for relaxation and connection, the Seed to Skin Couple’s Package includes a blend of herbs, flowers, and oils, followed by a private jacuzzi session with Sicilian Sea Salt and Marine Algae. After a 45-minute bath therapy, couples enjoy a 50-minute massage, concluding with fresh fruit and champagne.
  • Fin Fitness (All February): Offering an innovative fitness experience, Fin Fitness allows couples to embrace their inner mermaids and mermen. This water fitness class, led by a certified instructor, combines a unique workout with insights into Huntington Beach's marine life.
  • Private Beach Bonfire + S’mores (All February): For a more relaxed and intimate evening, couples can enjoy a private beach bonfire as the sun sets. Hyatt Huntington manages the setup and removal, allowing guests to indulge in craft s’mores and food delivered directly from the resort's restaurants to the beachside.

These diverse and romantic activities at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa provide memorable ways to celebrate love and connection this Valentine's month.
