SEASON Makes Dinner Planning Easy

If you have ever found yourself short on time or staring into the fridge wondering what to make, SEASON by Chef Michael Rossi offers a simple solution.

Orange County foodies will know Rossi well from his years at Napa Rose and The Ranch. He is now executive chef at The Beach Club in Santa Monica, and he has brought that same level of culinary expertise to something home cooks have needed for a long time.

SEASON is a weekly meal planning service designed to take the stress out of weeknight cooking. Delivered every Sunday, each plan includes 10 dinner recipes, five classic and five plant-based, along with a complete shopping list and one featured recipe already selected for the week.

I tried it and love how easy it is to use. Recipes are clearly organized, shopping lists are included, and serving sizes can be adjusted depending on how many you are feeding.

Drawing on more than 30 years in professional kitchens, Rossi built SEASON around a principle he lives by: plan ahead so you are never scrambling at 5:30 p.m.

The service recently launched and is already spreading fast through word of mouth. Subscribers also have access to a growing library of past recipes.

The first week is free, and membership is $25 per month. To learn more, visit Tonight's SEASON or email hello@seasonculinarysystems.com.
