Wild Fork, the specialty meat and seafood market known for its wide selection of responsibly sourced proteins, is inviting Orange County residents to explore international flavors during its upcoming World Cuts International Sampling Events.

The free events will feature products inspired by Mexico, along with chef-led grilling demonstrations, complimentary samples and meal ideas designed to elevate summer entertaining.

Wild Fork partners with farms and producers around the world to offer more than 700 high-quality products, all free from 100 unwanted ingredients. From everyday staples to premium and hard-to-find cuts, products are blast frozen at peak freshness to preserve flavor and reduce waste. Shoppers will find everything from beef, pork and poultry to seafood, lamb, exotic meats, prepared foods, fruits, vegetables and specialty items.

During the World Cuts events, Wild Fork chefs will host 15-minute Grill and Learn sessions at noon and 1 p.m., sharing tips and techniques for preparing international cuts and flavors on the grill. Guests can sample featured products, discover new recipes and learn about proteins from around the world.

The events are free and open to the public.
