
Twenty-five of Orange County’s most innovative and renowned chefs will be giving their time and culinary talents on Thursday at the 20th Annual Wild & Crazy Taco Night at Share Our Selves in Costa Mesa. The fun and festive evening of beers, margaritas, and exotic tacos will be celebrated at the facility where SOS collects and distributes foods for people in need.
The creative chefs will be cooking up delicious tacos for a great cause and you can arrive early from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for VIP admission ($150) and meet all of the chefs and sample their tacos before anyone else. The general admission party starts at 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. ($70).
Proceeds will benefit the SOS Orange Aid Project which collects food from restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and caterers to distribute to more than 275 Orange County families each day.

Bold Girlz Fashion Camp
Budding fashionistas can spend spring break at Bold Girlz Fashion Camp in Costa Mesa for a week or even a day of fashion and fun. Starting Monday, April 15 to Friday, Apri1 19 from 9 a.m. to noon. Girls (ages 7 to 12) can learn all the basics that go into creating that perfect look from skin care to self confidence on the runway. Each day the topic will change and will end with a fashion show.
Day 1: Fashion and Runway Basics w/ Hair & Makeup.
Day 2: Spa Day. Girls will be treated to facials and instruction on proper skin care including sun protection and acne prevention.
Day 3: Jean and T-Shirt Decorating. Girls will get to be creative and bling out jeans and t-shirts.
Day 4: Pillowcase Project. Girls will turn everyday pillowcases into little dresses for girls in Africa.
Day 5: Runway Modeling Day & Professional Photo Shoot w/Fashion Show Finale. This is the "Charm School" day where girls will learn to properly walk like a model on the runway as well as build their self confidence.The day will end with an Official Fashion Show attended by parents.
Bold Girlz is a fashion brand with a mission to empower girls through fashion and inspire them to give back. The store offers private party space, stage and runway for parties and features merchandize from organizations that empower girls.
One day costs $30; five days costs $125 and includes snacks and all materials.
