Cena di San Valentino at Prego

This Valentine’s Day, Prego Ristorante’s Executive Chef Ugo Allesina, born and raised in the region of Piemonte, will be preparing a Northern Italian four-course dinner, complete with a Grand Marnier molten chocolate cappuccino mousse cake dessert, for $68.95 per guests or $130 per couple (excludes tax and gratuity).

This special menu will be offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular dinner menu on Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14th (also available Friday, February 13th and Sunday, February 15th).

Prego’s menu features authentic pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, freshly made pastas, grilled fresh fish, spit-roasted meats and fowl, and an extensive list of Italian and Californian wines. Prego’s homemade desserts and pastries make a perfect ending to an unforgettable dining experience.

Valentine’s Lovers Menu Cena di San Valentino
First Course: Romeo y Julieta, Fresh Hawaiian Ahi Tuna, Dungeness Crab Meat, Avocado and Mango, Sweet Chili and Balsamic; or Carpaccio Gran Paradiso, a Beef Tenderloin with Organic Arugula and Shaved Parmigiano and Truffle Vinaigrette.

Second Course: Linguine Sapori Amoroso, Flat Ribbon Pasta with Shrimp and Lobster Meat with Spicy Tomato Sauce; or Coure a Coure, a Heart-Shaped Ravioli Pasta Filet with Scallops and Shrimp with Creamy Champagne Sauce.

Third Course: Rambo d’ Veronica, Alaskan Halibut Topped with Lobster Crab Sauce
Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables; or Filleto alla Cupido, a Beef Tenderloin with Chanterelle Mushroom Ragout Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Fourth Course: Valentino Vestito di Nuovo, a Molten Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse Cake with Grand Marnier and Bitter Sweet Chocolate Filling
