The Cheese Shop – a gourmet deli located inside SOCO + The OC Mix in Costa Mesa – is a local gem stocked with domestic and imported farmstead + artisanal cheeses. The Granny Smith sandwich is layered with fresh sliced turkey, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, green apples and arugula smothered between two pieces of an artisan French baguette. Each ingredient enhances the flavor of another, and this pairing is truly one of a kind.
Johnny Pastrami sandwich includes pastrami, provolone, pepperoncini, Dijon and mayo on country wheat bread
Burrata Sandwich is an open-face prosciutto sandwich served on ciabatta bread topped with arugula, roasted tomatoes, prosciutto, burrata, a light drizzle of balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette with a hint of black pepper on-top – perfect for a light mid-day delight.

Created by Executive Chef John Park, Toast Kitchen + Bakery is a new-age diner specializing in comfort food with a twist. With a varied menu full of fresh ingredients combined in tempting ways, Toast exhibits classic comfort foods with impressive Asian influences.
The Curry Fried Chicken Sandwich is curated with curry buttermilk brined fried chicken, herb chutney, tzatziki, tomato sambal, cucumber, and curry aioli on a potato bun.

Bite Mi located at Long Beach Exchange has perfected the art of Banh Mi by crafting meticulously with a mix of old flavors and new. It was created with the goal of recreating the food and meals once enjoyed at traditional banh mi restaurants in California’s Little Saigon. Their offerings provide an elevated taste by utilizing fresh ingredients and interesting flavor combinations.
The Crispy Tofu Banh Mi is served with fried tofu, fresh avocado, pickled daikon & carrots, jalapenos, cilantro, cucumber, mayonnaise & house-made secret sauce.
