Celebrate Easter Sunday with Brunch at Top Orange County Resorts

Spring is in full swing, and Orange County’s premier resorts are inviting locals and visitors alike to celebrate Easter Sunday with festive, chef-driven brunch experiences.

Celebrate Easter in coastal style at Lido House’s signature restaurant, The Mayor’s Table. Chef Partner Riley Huddleston is curating a brunch experience featuring fresh seasonal starters and chef-led stations, including a Lido House Juice Bar, Designer Bagel Bar, Raw Bar, and more. Choose from main courses made to order—like Ribeye CAB Steak, Lobster Benedict, Kurobuta Ham, or Carrot Bolognese—and finish with sweet treats from the dessert station, including Chef Sanchez’s signature carrot cake, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and Mayor’s Table soft serve.

Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen at Marriott Irvine Spectrum | Irvine
Marriott Irvine Spectrum is hosting Easter brunch at Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen with a seasonal spread to please the whole family. Start with a Farmer’s Market Display of fresh bread, seasonal fruit, salads, and acai yogurt parfaits. Visit the Shellfish Bar for poached shrimp and oysters or the Smoked Salmon Station with classic toppings. Main offerings include a Fresh Fish Carving Station, Prime Rib with horseradish crème fraîche, Organic Cornish Hens, and a selection of sides. Enjoy live music and an Easter egg hunt, along with an assortment of desserts to close out the celebration.

Celebrate Easter with an oceanfront view at Surf & Sand Resort’s Splashes restaurant. From noon to 3 p.m., Executive Chef Ron Fougeray presents a three-course, prix-fixe brunch menu with coastal flair. Begin with a Spring Salad, Maine Lobster Quiche, or Ahi Tuna Tartare. Entrée selections include Seared Scallops with morel mushrooms, House-Cured Salmon Benedict, or Lamb Loin with beetroot hummus and coriander jus.
