Pizza and burgers have been getting all the attention lately in OC, but that is about to change with the opening of Itriya Café, Spaghetti & Ssam in Irvine.
With an invitation for all to enjoy the "Spaghetti Revolution," Itriya Café boast bold combinations of classic Italian pasta paired with Cajun, American, Latin and even Korean influenced sauces.
Sauces are all natural and contain no preservatives or MSG. Guests can order their pasta by number, which are categorized by classic and a part of the Spaghetti Revolution. The revolution menu includes sauces such as Korean black bean, white clam chowder, Cajun shrimp jambalaya, Memphis chicken BBQ seasonal sauces and many more we can't wait to try.
