The revamped programmable meeting space, spanning over 20,000 square feet across two floors, has been completely transformed. Enveloped in a craftsman-designed outdoor courtyard, Knott's Hotel unveils an enchanting space that captures Walt's sense of beauty. Reclaimed wood, adobe brickwork, and Mexican artisan tile combine to create a rustic timber-frame structure. The courtyard, beautified by Cordelia's touch, features giant fruitless olive trees and festoon lighting, casting an ethereal ambiance for evening cocktails, private receptions, and intimate gatherings. Executive Chef Shannon Tracewell's culinary team takes center stage, sourcing local ingredients to craft a delectable array of catered menu options, and accommodating events of all sizes.
Guests can delight in a modern twist on farm dining at the brand-new Thirty Acres Kitchen and Bar. Paying homage to the Knott family's original 30-acre farm, the restaurant features a captivating double-sided, wrap-around bar extending into the lobby.
