Fashion Island Welcomes a New Season of Style

There’s always something new to love at Fashion Island, and this spring and summer, a fresh lineup of stylish openings is arriving just in time for a seasonal refresh.

Upscale favorite L’Agence is now open, blending Parisian elegance with laid-back California cool. Expect bold prints, rich color, and signature silhouettes—plus those timeless wardrobe staples that make this brand a go-to for understated luxury.

Fashionphile is now open, offering shoppers a sustainable way to buy and sell pre-owned designer handbags and accessories. Coming soon is Rubin & Chapelle, a contemporary label known for zero-waste practices, organic and cruelty-free silks, and elevated pieces that transition seamlessly from day to evening.

Swimwear season gets a head start in May with the arrival of Australian favorite Seafolly at Corona del Mar Plaza. Their flattering fits and signature prints make Seafolly a must for beach-ready looks.

In June, men’s fashion takes center stage with the opening of Todd Snyder. Known for its mix of modern tailoring and relaxed staples, the brand brings a fresh take on menswear—from sharp suiting to elevated basics.

With these exciting additions, Fashion Island continues to be Orange County’s premier open-air shopping destination—where coastal luxury meets effortless style, all season long.

Fashion Island is at 401 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach.
