Ladies looking for a boutique style fitness studio committed to CrossFit’s core strength and conditioning programs can join CrossFit Fly in Newport Beach. The philosophy at CrossFit Fly is to empower women through fitness. Similar to a personal training studio, you’ll receive personal attention; they train in small groups, or crews, and each crew meets at the same time and day each week.
