New Year’s Eve Dinner at Lido Bottle Works will feature Chef Amy Lebrun's signature holiday special Honey-Brined Quail with smoked chili demi glace and crispy forbidden rice bar. The restaurant's full menu will be served, plus special pairing options and a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight.
