Amidst weddings and events being canceled and postponed, the La Ventura Event Center in San Clemente is taking advantage of its newly hired chef by offering meal kits for local residents.
Each of the seven meal kits is curated by chef Moriah Robison to feed or quench a household of four or more. Robison co-created the popular MRK Public in San Clemente, as well as experience at renowned Taboo in Laguna Beach.
Taco Kits are available for households avoiding the grocery store, or who may be looking for a head start on dinner. Available in portions that feed 6-8 or 12-16, the taco kits make up 98% of the La Ventura Meal Kit orders.
The Starter kit contains fresh bone broth and Bear Coast Coffee and lavender caramel. Also available are the cocktail kits, including a summer-ready Margarita kit and Whiskey Sour kit (which contains a generous dozen eggs).
La Ventura offers free 48-hour delivery and a sanitized environment from the kitchen to doorstep.
With the economy facing a downturn, La Ventura Event Center has paired with local businesses to help keep the wheels turning. Bear Coast Coffee is a Southern Orange County mainstay and a hub for residents. La Ventura has paired with Bear Coast to offer premium coffee beans in every order. Already included in the Starter Kit, the beans are also available as an addition in each kit.
Each kit purchase donates 10% to the One Atta Time non-profit, an organization dedicated to educating and providing water filters to villages and towns around the world. Started by San Clemente native, Sean Kappauf, this non-profit has also provided access to clean water to communities devastated by natural disasters.
