Holiday Tea Service at Waterline: Held at Balboa Bay Resort’s signature restaurant, Waterline, guests will be treated to a delightful afternoon of tea service, pastries, and small bites, and for those wanting to splurge, Le Grand Courtage Sparkling Champagne. Balboa Bay Resort’s smallest guests will be treated to child-friendly caffeine-free tea. Holiday Tea Service will run every Friday & Saturday from 2-4 p.m. through early January. Reservations required. Price: $40 per guest; $50 per guest for champagne service.
