Celebrate the Season in Style at RJB Restaurants’ Coastal Favorites

Russ Bendel’s seven coastal hotspots are ringing in the holidays with festive custom cocktails, indulgent culinary creations, and a rewarding gift card program. Visit Olea in Newport Beach, Sapphire and The Pantry in Laguna Beach, Ironwood in Laguna Hills, Bloom in San Juan Capistrano, and Vine and Parlor in San Clemente for the ultimate yuletide cheer!

ELFING AROUND
Inspired by the holiday classic Elf, celebrated mixologist Inga Tantisalidchai has crafted “Elfing Around,” a seasonal cocktail exclusive to Olea in Newport Beach. This festive drink features Papa’s Pilar blonde rum with bright vanilla and citrus notes, paired with Shanky’s Whip for a hint of maple and holiday spice, perfectly balanced with cold brew coffee. Served in a glass ornament perched atop a frosty snowball, it’s ceremoniously poured over the icy orb for a magical finish.

HOLIDAY SURF + TURF
Chef-partner Jared Cook presents a show-stopping take on the classic surf and turf this season. A nine-ounce Revier Ranch filet mignon, cooked to order, towers alongside three colossal, wild-caught Ecuadorian shrimp. The dish is complemented with melted garlic-crème fraîche potatoes, winter vegetables, and elevated with bordelaise and Meyer lemon-champagne butter—the perfect indulgence for New Year’s Eve.

CAVIAR? YES PLEASE
This luxurious delicacy is available at all locations* throughout December. Indulge in Black Pearl Siberian Sturgeon caviar, served with toasted brioche and classic garnishes including capers, chives, crème fraîche, red onion, and grated egg yolk and white.

LARGE PARTIES + PRIVATE DINING
Host your holiday celebrations with RJB Restaurants’ private, semi-private, and buyout options. Sapphire features a private 16-seat Boardroom, while Vine and Olea offer intimate spaces for groups of six to eight. Private holiday luncheons are available at all locations based on group size. Visit each restaurant’s website under Large Parties for details.

GIFT CARD BONUS
For every $100 in gift cards purchased, receive a $20 bonus card. Restrictions apply; on-site purchase only.

BLOOM AND A VIEW – CAPISTRANO LIGHTS: MISSION IN LIGHTS
Now through December 29, Bloom offers front-row views of Mission San Juan Capistrano’s breathtaking annual “Mission in Lights” display. Reserve a booth for the best seat in the house and take in this festive spectacle just across the street.

HOLIDAY HOURS
Olea, Sapphire, Ironwood, Bloom, Vine, and Parlor will open for dinner service at 4 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
