Bay Area Sustainable Seafood Restaurant Opens First OC Location

Pacific Catch, the Bay Area's sustainable seafood restaurant, has opened its second Southern California location in Tustin at The Market Place. Known for its fresh, sustainably-sourced seafood and Pacific Rim-inspired flavors, Pacific Catch has twelve other locations in Northern California. Co-founders Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen, both from California, were inspired by their culinary experiences across the Pacific.

Rowena Rillo, Director of Culinary, oversees Pacific Catch's menu, which includes pupu platters, ceviches, sushi, pokes, tacos, bowls, and burgers.

Customers can build a Fresh Catch Plate, choosing a fish and two sides. Pacific Catch sources its seafood from environmentally responsible sources, supports efforts to maintain sustainable food sources, and maintains a long-standing alliance with the Surfrider Foundation, holding charity partner days during their pre-opening period.

The restaurant group also uses 100% compostable take-out packaging, part of their commitment to reducing their environmental impact. Pacific Catch Tustin serves lunch, happy hour, and dinner and offers tiki cocktails, local and craft beers, canned and bottled drinks, wines by the glass, JuneShine hard kombucha, and non-alcoholic beverages.

It's serving Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner, available Sunday - Thursday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Reservations can be made online now via Pacific Catch’s reservation portal, pacificcatch.com.

Pacific Catch Tustin is located in The Market Place at Jamboree Rd, Tustin.
