With the opening of The District Art Gallery at The District at Tustin Legacy, art enthusiasts, decorators, and home owners have an exciting new resource for finding original paintings, as well as a space for artists and photographers to show their works. Local artist and The District Art Gallery owner, Lisa Ricondo, is bringing this unique gallery to the Tustin area while curating a group of local artists to show in a six-month exhibition highlighting an array of subjects from abstract expressionists to still life. Their diverse talents and styles range from traditional brushwork to drip and poured medium.
Join the grand opening with complimentary food and beverages at the gallery from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 17. And stop by "Meet the Artists" events each Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. catered by select District restaurants. Shoppers and onlookers can walk in, view the artwork, purchase paintings and speak with the artists.
