Harvest Restaurant at The Ranch at Laguna Beach blends rustic charm with refined dining, offering a true taste of coastal California. Located in a rugged, picturesque canyon, the restaurant’s farm-to-fork approach keeps it closely connected to the land.

The restaurant, bar and private dining room honor California’s history of organic farming, brewing and winemaking. Outdoor patio seating showcases sweeping views of Aliso Canyon and the golf course. Fresh-made food and drink are at the heart of the experience, with many ingredients grown on the property and others sourced from trusted local purveyors.

The menu shifts with the seasons, incorporating fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables from the restaurant’s half-acre Harvest Farm. The new bar offers handcrafted cocktails, a curated wine list and 18 craft beers on tap, designed for pairing with conversation.

This month’s summer menu highlights the best from Harvest Farm and local farmers markets:

Harvest Farm Salad – Garden lettuce, quinoa, seasonal vegetables, pickled red onions, roasted sweet corn, ricotta salata, chipotle lime vinaigrette

Honey Harissa Roasted Peaches – Fresh mozzarella, wild arugula, mint, vincotto, toasted almonds, petite seeded baguette

Gnocchi Pomodoro – Blistered baby heirloom tomatoes, garden squash, zucchini, Calabrian chili, stracciatella, basil

Sweet Tea Brined Bone-In Pork Chop – Red bliss whipped potatoes, smoked bacon, peach BBQ braised kale, stone fruit gastrique

Crispy Brussels Sprouts – Toasted pecans, seasonal stone fruit, radicchio, sweet chili glaze

Key Lime Cheesecake – Dragon fruit, prickly pear, toasted coconut

Harvest also recently partnered with Laguna Beach ceramics artist Isa Carr to debut a collection of handcrafted dinnerware. Inspired by the natural beauty of Laguna Beach, Carr’s artisanal plates, bowls and serving pieces enhance the dining experience and reflect the property’s commitment to sustainability.
