Emmo Home is the resource for all things modern, unique and functional that you didn’t know you couldn’t live without. And Emmo Home just opened a second OC location, a seasonal store at South Coast Plaza. (Its original store is at the South Coast Home Furnishings Centre in Costa Mesa.)
Founder Andy Kim conceived the Emmo Home concept out of frustration. After relocating to OC from NYC, he realized that urban-style home furnishings were hard to come by. The first product that launched Emmo is a favorite: a rack that solves the shoe storage problem in an attractive way. The wall-mounted shoe holder by J-Me ($90) displays shoes that “float” in a closet. Now Emmo has expanded to carry stylish accessories for your bedroom, kitchen, bath or home office. It even carries products for pets, travel, garden, and eco-friendly items. Choose from popular brands from all over the world including Stelton, Blomus, Alessi, Kartell, Magis, Vipp and Artecnica.
Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Level2, Crate & Barrel/Macy’s Home Store Wing at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. 714.438.1013.
Open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. South Coast Home Furnishings Centre at 3321 Hyland Ave., Costa Mesa 714.438.3952.
