Ring in the New Year, The Winery Way, with a Surf & Turf New Year’s Eve Dinner for four to go! Chef Yvon Goetz’s take-home dinner menu features Filet Mignon Tenderloin (2lbs cooked medium rare) and Grilled Maine Lobster Tails (4 tails, 5oz each) with drawn butter. The meal comes with a Classic Caesar Salad, Maine Lobster & Tarragon Bisque, Thyme-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables. Enjoy an elegant New Year’s Eve Dinner by Michelin-starred chef Tony Esnault, who has carefully curated a 4-course meal to enjoy in the comfort of your home. The meal begins with a Fall Soup and Maine Lobster Salad, followed by Chef Esnault’s perfectly executed Beef Wellington with pasture-raised beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelles, and spinach, wrapped in brioche with black truffle jus, signature Roasted Vegetables and Rosti Potato.
