The District just opened six new businesses, ranging from food and beverage to specialty items, including:
- Prime Hot Pot -- This all-you-can-eat luxury hot pot restaurant offers unique items like teddy bear-shaped spicy wagyu soup base, steak-shaped ice cream and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef variations, located next to Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe in The Promenade.
- Spirit Halloween -- Located in The Promenade near AMC Tustin 14, this spooky specialty store welcomes Halloween enthusiasts early with an array of costumes, decorations, accessories and props.
- World of Racing -- Immerse into a professional-grade racing simulation adventure with family and friends at this hot spot located in The Promenade near AMC Tustin 14.
- Curry Pizza House -- Offers distinct Indian flair like chicken masala pizza and unique tikka marinated wings along with classic favorites, located next to the Target on Park Avenue.
- Baby Shoppe -- Families can explore charming baby fashion and toys with fashionable designs at this specialty store located next to the Whole Foods Market on District Drive.
- 3CAT -- Located in The Promenade near World of Racing, this beverage store will offer handcrafted teas with fun toppings like boba, jelly stars and popping fruit balls.
