Located inside the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, Heirloom will offer a lavish brunch buffet curated by Executive Chef Leo de Leon, including carved prime rib, omelets made to order, an oyster bar, silver dollar pancakes, plus an assortment of sides, desserts, and kid-friendly fare. Bottomless mimosas are available for guests over 21, and guests of all ages can partake in an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the hotel lawn and restaurant.

Chef Leo de Leon pays homage to the land and its past by incorporating fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms. Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen offers a produce-forward approach to the dining experience featuring several small plates and shareables, allowing guests to indulge in a fresh and healthy dining experience.
