Festive Fun at Pete’s Christmas Vacation at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach!

The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach is ready to become Southern California's ultimate festive destination this holiday season!

Starting today, Friday, November 29, the beachfront hotel unveils its brand-new holiday pop-up: Pete’s Christmas Vacation. Open daily through January 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Pete’s Sunset Grille has been transformed into a whimsical holiday bar inspired by the classic Griswold family Christmas movie. Expect quirky tiki-themed holiday décor, countless Christmas trees, nods to the beloved film, and dazzling festive lights covering every corner.

Guests can enjoy an exclusive holiday menu featuring seasonal dishes like Crispy Christmas Calamari, Pete’s Bourbon Bacon Jam and Turkey Slider Dinner, alongside specialty cocktails such as the Rum, Rum Rudolph Cocktail Flight, Nate’s Naughty Nog, and the North P’Old Fashioned. For an extra cozy experience, groups can book a private snow globe dome (90-minute rental for $300), complete with a bottle of wine, a charcuterie and cheese board, and full access to the pop-up menu—perfect for chilly winter nights.

Reservations for this festive pop-up are now available here.

21500 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach. (714) 698-1234
