Beer and Ice Cream!

Bootlegger's Brewery and The Matador CantinaIf you're afraid of withdrawal symptoms after OC Beer Week ends this Saturday, you're in luck. 

Fullerton-based Bootlegger's Brewery is hosting a beer pairing dinner on Thursday, Oct. 20 at the Matador Cantina in Downtown Fullerton. Executive chef David Dennis has teamed up with Aaron and Patricia Barkenhagen for a 5-course menu featuring roasted beet and goat cheese salad, pancetta potato soup, bratwurst, sauerkraut & pickle bierock and shepherd's pie alongside Old World Hefeweizen, Palomino Pale Ale, Rustic Rye IPA and Rocco Red Ale. We're most excited about the dessert course with Bootlegger's Black Phoenix Chipotle Coffee Stout with double chocolate bread pudding topped with chipotle stout ice cream - yum!
