The Shape of Things to Come: The Triangle for Spring Break Family Fun

Families looking for local fun over spring break should head to The Triangle in Costa Mesa. Regardless if you have family or friends visiting from out of town, or are enjoying a quiet staycation with your kids, The Triangle is an ideal dining and entertainment destination.

Tavern + Bowl offers fun for visitors of all ages, and on Sunday, March 27, Tavern + Bowl is offering a “Roll with the Family” bowling package for $49. The special Easter promotion includes one bowling lane for two hours, one cheese or pepperoni flatbread pizza and two soda pitchers (a $100 value.)

A boutique bowling alley and restaurant, Tavern + Bowl boasts 10 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, a gourmet menu of American favorites, 26 large screen TVs and more. From the music, videos, hip décor and menu, visitors know this is not their father’s bowling alley. In addition, Tavern + Bowl’s menu features something for everyone, with items ranging from steak and burgers to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and Paleo options.

Starlight Cinemas at The Triangle offers the latest movies as well as Family Discount Days, where admission on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is only $5. Discounts for military, fire and police personnel with ID, as well as seniors and children, are also honored daily. For current movies and show times, call 949. 650.4300.

Saddle Ranch Chop House, Yard House and H20 Sushi & Izakaya also offer family-friendly dining. Don’t forget to stop at Creamistry, now open on the lower level of The Triangle facing Newport Blvd., for a sweet treat after lunch, dinner, a movie or bowling.

The Triangle is conveniently located at the end of the 55 Freeway, where Newport Blvd., Harbor Blvd. and 19th Street intersect.

The center offers seven levels of free parking, as well as a Valet and car wash on the first level near Tavern + Bowl. The center also has a VIP Program offering discounts to various restaurants.
