Connect Stacy’s Dots

image

Stacy Clark seems almost doll-like when she walks on stage, a tiny girl with what seems like an oversized acoustic guitar, but listeners should never expect anything less a stunning performance.  Now with her sophomore album Connect the Dots available on iTunes and the full album streaming on Spinner, Stacy Clark has taken her raw talent and produced an incredible album that she hopes speaks to people. The passion behind her voice guarantees it.

The Buffalo, New York, native has embraced Orange County in hopes of launching her music career and it seems as though her leap has paid off with her rising success and recent signing to Vanguard Records. Stacy was named 2007’s “Best Female Performer” at the Orange County Music Awards and at the March 2010 installment, she took home the “Best Pop” award and was among the finalists in the “Best Acoustic” category. Stacy’s songs have been featured on “The Hills,” “Jessica Simpson’s: The Price of Beauty” and “Fly Girls.”

Stacy sets herself apart from other “indie pop singer-songwriters” with a human quality in her music; she sings lyrics she relates to and you can hear her incredible talent and musicianship on every track on Connect the Dots.

Connect the Dots was released Tuesday on iTunes and the entire album is currently onsale for $5.99.  To purchase Stacy’s debut album, Apples and Oranges, a bit more electronic than Connect the Dots, click here.
