Wednesday’s aren’t just for wine anymore. BLK Earth Sea Spirits, the premier steak and seafood restaurant in downtown Huntington Beach, now has live music every Wednesday evening, when Classical Carnage plays on the patio from 7 to 10 pm. The popular band has a loyal following for its unique blend of rock and pop songs, played on classical instruments.

The four-piece band play the songs on violins and a cello, and is happy to take requests, even handing out a brochure with its playlist to patrons.
BLK Earth Sea Spirits features contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on grilled certified Kobe and Wagyu hand‑cut steaks, poultry and seafood. The sophisticated yet casual restaurant also offers an extensive wine list and selection of craft cocktails, as well as one of the largest ocean view patios in Orange County.
