TAO: Drum Heart at Musco Center

Musco Center will virtually shake with this expansion of the revered Japanese tradition of Taiko drumming, previously seen on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. On Sunday, April 29 athletic artists with giant drums will perform innovative choreography in a spectacle that showcases energy, stamina, and precision. The result is an experience The Arizona Republic calls an “epic visceral thrill.”

Musco Center for the Arts is located on the campus of Chapman University at 415 North Glassell in Orange.

Celebrate Earth Day at Bella Terra

On Sunday, April 22 from 1 - 3 p.m., join Bella Terra to indulge your ocean curiosity by exploring sea animal tanks and displays brought to you by the Ocean Institute! You'll also enjoy a delightful Meet & Greet with mermaids and pirates, and performance of beloved Little Mermaid songs by the Orange County Children Theatre at 2 p.m.
For the budding artist, just $5 will secure a canvas and creative paining at Pinot’s Palette Kids Booth.
The surrounding event is FREE and open to the public.
