Paseo 17, the newly transformed upscale boutique retail center at the corner of East 17th Street and Westminster, is excited to welcome four new health and wellness and retail concepts this summer. These unique additions further enrich the center's dynamic mix of contemporary health and beauty services, creating a true one-stop destination.
New Additions:
- Freeface Skincare, Lymphatic by Siane, and Beginnings Floral Co. have all opened their doors in July. Later this summer, MEGANE Elevated Optical will join the lineup.
Loyal patrons of Paseo 17 will find these new offerings perfectly complement established favorites like Sage Salon, Hairy Little Things, and Beauty with a Mission, expanding options with professional makeup, custom florals, and massage therapy experiences.

- Freeface Skincare is a boutique facial spa and makeup studio specializing in advanced skincare techniques, professional makeup, and bridal artistry. They also curate a selection of trusted, award-winning clinical skincare, clean beauty, and wellness products. Services are available by appointment.
- Lymphatic by Siane offers authentic Brazilian lymphatic drainage spa services with a holistic approach to promote full-body healing, detoxification, swelling reduction, and circulation improvement. Treatments include Brazilian lymphatic drainage therapies, pregnancy lymphatic care, infrared sauna therapy, and post-op recovery. Services are available by appointment.
- Beginnings Floral Co. is a fresh flower bar located in the Paseo 17 courtyard, known for its curated selection of unique seasonal blooms. It is open each Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
