Local beauty addicts and fashionistas can treat themselves to an evening with brow expert, Julie Prouty, renowned make-up artist, Devon Duff, local author Hillary Shepard and other beauty experts at the grand opening celebration of Brows by Julie Brow Bar & Boutique in Newport Beach today from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The meet and greet will be complete with advice, raffles, give-a-ways and all things beauty. Julie has been framing faces for more than seven years in Orange County and was trained from the best at Anastasia of Beverly Hills.
