Falasophy Goes Brick and Mortar in Santa Ana

02.06.17

Falasophy, the craveable food truck specializing in Lebanese street food just opened its first brick-and-mortar at 4th Street Market in Santa Ana. You can still find the Falasophy Food Truck, but now you can have delicious Falasophy dishes whenever you want.

Owner Rashad Moumneh expanded his menu at Falasophy 4th Street Market to include even more Lebanese street food, like 24-hour marinated steak shawarma, sumac chicken and a cheesy Middle Eastern dessert called knefe.

There’s also even more of Falasophy’s popular line of salad and hummus bowls with a variety of protein options. The philosophy-themed truck has a huge following of faithful “Falasophy Disciples” who love its classic falafel pitas, hummus bowls, and twists on street food like falafel tacos and Falafel Banh Mi pitas.

We can’t leave out some of our favorites that also include their spicy modern tacos with falafel, avocado, pickled red cabbage, cilantro garlic crema, house pickled jalapenos in a flour tortilla; and the ultimate hummus bowl with hummus, falafel, pickled red cabbage, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes and tahini. Our favorite sides include the hand cut fries twice fried for perfect crispiness and sea salt; and organic quinoa tabouli salad with Persian cucumbers, tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.

Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

4th Street Market is at 201 E. Fourth Street, in Santa Ana.
